I recently revisited Tang Room for our offices Chinese New Year dinner, and once again, it proved to be an exceptional culinary experience. From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance exuded warmth and elegance, setting the perfect tone for a memorable gathering.
They should be awarded Michelin stars. Its really incredibly good. Choicest fresh seafood, deboned fish, attention to detail flavour, garnishing and presentation are exceptional. Chefs are occasionally introducing interesting innovative recipes great in presentation and delicate to the palate. Well done, thank you.
